Refund Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Matcha Machine, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds for shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to receive your Matcha Machine.
- Returns are subject to an additional return shipping fee.
This guarantee does not cover damage from improper use, or accidental damage.
If the returned Matcha Machine is damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of misuse, Matcha Machine reserves the right to decline the refund at our discretion.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thematchamachine.com and include:
- Reason for return
- Evidence of reason of return (if applicable)
- Order number
Refunds typically take up to approximately 7 working days, and processing times may vary depending on your bank.
To cancel an order, please contact us promptly at support@thematchamachine.com. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible; however, you can still return the product for a refund.
Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
